DreamArk Studio User Agreement

Effective Date: May 8, 2026

Welcome to DreamArk Studio (“we”, “our”, or “the Studio”) services, including game servers, plugins, client software, management tools, and derivative software (collectively, “Services”). Please read this User Agreement carefully before using the Services. Users under 18 must read and use the Services under the guidance of a legal guardian.


1. Scope of Services

1.1 The Studio provides Services through web, applications, plugins, and other endpoints, including but not limited to game servers, client software, management tools, plugins, and derivative software.
1.2 Products include:

  • Proprietary software: source code is inaccessible and can only be used under Studio’s license;
  • Open-source software: must comply with the respective open-source license terms.
    1.3 The Studio reserves the right to add, modify, upgrade, suspend, or terminate Services according to technological developments, business needs, and applicable laws.
    1.4 Users acknowledge that Services may contain test or beta features, and the Studio does not guarantee stability or continuous availability of these features.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Users must provide accurate, complete, and legal information during registration, including username, email, and mobile number, and complete required verification.
2.2 Users under 18 must register and use Services under a guardian’s supervision.
2.3 Accounts are personal and non-transferable; sharing accounts is prohibited.
2.4 Users must safeguard passwords, verification codes, and linked information; all actions under the account are the user’s responsibility.
2.5 In case of lost credentials, users should promptly request account recovery; the Studio will assist but is not liable for any resulting losses.
2.6 Users may request account deletion; data will be deleted or anonymized except as required by law.


3. Usage Rules

3.1 Users must use Services lawfully, including game servers, plugins, client software, management tools, and derivative software (“Services”).

3.2 Users are prohibited from:

3.2.1 Illegal Operations and Interference

  • Using cheats, scripts, automation tools, or any means to disrupt games, plugins, or software functionality;
  • Intentionally overloading servers, spamming, or performing repetitive registrations;
  • Malicious attacks, intrusion, or sabotage of servers, software, or network systems, including DoS/DDoS attacks.

3.2.2 Software and Copyright Protection

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, cracking, or modifying proprietary software is strictly prohibited;
  • Copying, distributing, selling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting software without authorization is prohibited;
  • Injecting or embedding third-party code affecting software operation is prohibited;
  • Open-source software usage must comply with the relevant license and retain copyright statements;
  • Plagiarism, piracy, or unauthorized publication of software or plugin content, including source code, documents, configurations, or assets, is prohibited.

3.2.3 User Conduct

  • Users shall not post obscene, violent, terrorist, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing content;
  • Users shall not spam, advertise, spread false information, or disrupt community order;
  • Users shall not infringe other users’ privacy, accounts, data, or intellectual property;
  • Users shall not exploit vulnerabilities or technical methods for unauthorized gains.

3.3 The Studio may take action against violations, including:

  • Warnings, restrictions on account functions, temporary suspension, or permanent ban;
  • Deletion of content or revocation of permissions;
  • Pursuit of legal liability, including civil damages and criminal responsibility.

3.4 Users acknowledge that these rules apply to servers, client software, plugins, management tools, and both open-source and proprietary software.


4. User Behavior and Content Guidelines

4.1 Content submitted by users (logs, configurations, comments) must be legal, truthful, and non-infringing.
4.2 Users must not use Services for harassment, advertising, scams, or dissemination of false or infringing content.
4.3 The Studio may enforce compliance through warnings, function restrictions, account bans, content deletion, or legal action.


5. Software-Specific Terms

5.1 Proprietary software: reverse engineering, cracking, redistribution, or injection of third-party code is prohibited.
5.2 Open-source software: users must comply with license terms, retain copyright and license notices, and not violate usage restrictions.


6. Intellectual Property

6.1 The Studio owns all intellectual property of the Services, including software, plugins, documentation, interfaces, icons, and trademarks.
6.2 Users retain rights over their submitted content but must ensure no infringement of third-party rights.
6.3 Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial use is prohibited.


7. Payments and Virtual Items

7.1 Paid features, virtual currencies, or virtual items require users to complete transactions according to Studio rules.
7.2 Payment information is processed via third-party platforms; the Studio does not store full payment credentials.
7.3 Payments are final; disputes are resolved according to payment platform rules.


8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Services are provided “as is”; the Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate operation.
8.2 Users bear all risks and losses from using Services; the Studio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
8.3 The Studio is not responsible for interruptions, data loss, or disclosures caused by force majeure or legal requirements.
8.4 Users are responsible for risks from third-party plugins, tools, or networks; the Studio offers reasonable support but no guarantees.


9. Amendment and Termination

9.1 The Studio may amend this Agreement at any time; amendments take effect upon posting on the official site or in-service notice.
9.2 Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of amendments.
9.3 Severe violations may result in termination of services and legal liability.


10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
10.2 Disputes should first be resolved amicably; failing which, either party may submit to the court with jurisdiction over the Studio’s location.


11. Other Provisions

11.1 All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Studio.
11.2 User feedback, suggestions, or complaints can be submitted via customer service or email and will be addressed according to law.
